CNC Machining

We have comprehensive CNC machining capabilities across our three sites, including 5-axis milling, turning, and both CNC and manual grinding.

Our engineering and programming teams use the latest CAD & CAM software, including CATIA, to optimise our manufacturing processes.

Thread rolling

Thread rolling is the process of forming a thread using dies, resulting in high strength, fatigue resistant parts.

Our thread rolling cell has a wide size envelope and machines up to sixty tonnes of pressure, as well as an extensive range of standard thread sizes, all supported by in-house inspection and analysis.

Assembly

We carry out assembly activities in dedicated facilities, including the use of rivets, anchor nuts, sealants and paint.

Special processes

We use both in-house facilities and supply chain partners to perform a range of special processes, including heat treatment, NDT, surface treatments and painting. In-house capabilities include NADCAP-approved PFD, heat treatment and pressure testing.
