The first year of your apprenticeship programme (dependant on your location) will be spent either at BEMA’s training centre in Yate, or at HWGTA’s training centre in Worcester, gaining hands on experience whilst being supported by an experienced tutor.
The remainder of your apprenticeship will be spent with us, with day release in the second and third years to your training facility for classroom based work.

Work Experience
Work experience offers students, a unique insight into the world of work. Time spent with an employer can help to inform and shape future career decisions.
Work experience is a short [usually 5 days], unpaid placement where students can gain valuable experience of a working environment.
If you have any questions, please get in touch by emailing hr@broadwayltd.co.uk.
We prefer communication from students themselves, rather than friends, parents or guardians, as this helps the students gain confidence and communication skills required for the workplace.
** PLEASE NOTE – WORK EXPERIENCE FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2023/2024 IS NOW FULL.
