Broadway Group formally launches at the 2022 Farnborough International Airshow.
Broadway Group, which was formed in 2021 when Broadway Engineering acquired AVPE Systems, has formally unveiled its new group structure and brand at the 2022 Farnborough International Airshow.
Broadway Engineering has been manufacturing aerospace components in Bristol since 1938 and has supplied parts for some of the most significant aircraft programmes, from WWII fighter aircraft and Concorde, right up to modern day engine programmes. In 2021, the company created AVPE Systems to combine two local businesses, Avon Valley Precision Engineering and Redcliffe Precision, which both supplied complex machined parts for aerospace OEM and Tier 1 customers.
The company is now launching Broadway Group, formalising its new structure and introducing its new brand to customers, suppliers, and industry peers. The Group has three sites and just under 200 employees in the South-West of the UK. Broadway Engineering and AVPE Systems will continue to operate as independent business units, but the new group structure will enhance the customer offering and increase collaboration.
Seb Greene, Managing Director, commented: “Following on from the successful launch of AVPE Systems in 2021, our new group structure is the natural next step as we continue to grow and increase collaboration between our teams. Broadway Group supports a diverse range of aerospace programmes with customers throughout the UK, Europe and Asia, and our new group structure will allow us to take on bigger and more complex packages at a hugely exciting time for our industry.”
Broadway Group will be exhibiting at the 2022 Farnborough International Airshow from 18th – 21st July. Visit the team on stand 1320.
